Payments

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways and approved payment methods.
Contempo does not store your credit or debit card details.
Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, is subject to location and order value.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to location, product type, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of Contempo.
Installation services, if offered, are limited to standard assembly and do not include structural modifications.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of furniture products, returns or exchanges may be limited.
Custom-made, made-to-order, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
